How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Your order will be shipped out as soon as it has been processed. Ground shipments take 3-7 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or standard US holidays.

Can I return my item?

Yes. We certainly want our customers to be happy with all of their Erin London merchandise. We will accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise with the original tags still attached. If it is within 30 days, a refund will be issued in the form of the original tender. After 30 days, store credit will be issued. Items can also be returned to our corporate store in Clarkesville, GA.

Do you ever have sales or send out coupons?

We do offer sales and discounts at various times to anyone who is on our email list. Please sign up to be on our email list to receive details about sales, coupons, etc.

Can I make changes to my order after it is submitted?

If you need to make a change to your order after it has been submitted, please contact us immediately by calling 866.379.ERIN. We will do our best to make any changes necessary before your order is processed and shipped out.

I saw one of your items in a store, but I don’t see it on your website. Is it available?

Sometimes, our retailers might have different items available than what you see online. If you see an item somewhere else that you like, but don’t see it online, please contact us directly to see if the item might still be available.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover).

How will I know if my order was received?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your order. You will then receive another email as soon as your order has been processed and shipped out.

How accurate is the color display on your site?

Please be cautioned that the colors can vary from computer screen to computer screen, so there may be a slight color difference when you receive your item.
