Return Policy

Returning an Item Purchased Online:

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from Erin London Online. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with all original tags still attached. If the return is made within 30 days, a refund will be issued in the form of the original tender. After 30 days, store credit will be issued. Please send all returns to the following address with a copy of your receipt included:

Erin London will only issue a prepaid return label if there was an error or defective item in the original order. You will receive notification when your return has been processed.


Exchanges:

Please include the style number, size, color and quantity of any item you would like to exchange. If the item is available, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you. If it is not, a refund will be issued via the original tender or store credit. You will receive notification as soon as your exchange has been processed and shipped.

We only accept returns and exchanges for items that were purchased online at www.erinlondon.com or in our corporate store. Any items purchased from other retailers must be addressed with the original retailer.
